This recipe came to me out of the love for artisan Italian breads. Made with the finest ingredients , and cold fermented for 48 hours. A favorite and crowd pleaser.
Organic dry cherries and high quality white chocolate is added to my original sourdough loaf recipe for extra sweetness and umami , as well as organic molasses for extra gut health benefits. This loaf is cold fermented for 24 hours.
This loaf is crafted with not only high gluten flour from regenerative farms, but also Spelt and Rye flour is added for extra health benefits. Its has a nutty distinctive flavor and aroma. As always cold fermented for 48 hours.
This loaf is a crowd pleaser, aromatic and absolutely scrumptious. Organic Olive oil and herbs are used to infuse this dough, made with high gluten flour sourced from regenerative farms, and organic whole wheat.
